Partner and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Skislock has 34
years of experience as a Wall Street stock analyst
and corporate development consultant. Nearly half
of his career has been spent analyzing business
models and stocks for
leading buy-side money managers including
Citigroup and
Wellington Management Company. On the sell-side
of Wall Street, he has analyzed business models and stocks for the
institutional and retail investment clients of firms
including a "research boutique" subsidiary of
UBS
PaineWebber, Inc.
Having served as a
Director of Investment Research and Investment
Strategy Committee member on the buy-side of Wall
Street and a Director of Investment Research and
Commitment Committee member on the sell-side, Mr.
Skislock's expertise in business model analysis is
widely respected. He often takes an active role in
the creation and development of new business
enterprises, serving as Director or Advisory Board
member for cutting-edge start-ups. He is
Founder and CEO of
Global Café Network, planned for launch in
Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2010.
Mr. Skislock has
been recognized by
Institutional Investor magazine in
their "Best of the Buy-Side" rating of Wall Street’s
top buy-side analysts. Since the inception of LRP in
1998, he has appeared on NBC Nightly News,
CNBC, CNNfn, The Wall Street Journal
Report, and Hong Kong Cable Television.
He has also appeared in a wide variety of print
media sources including Barron's, The Washington
Post, Los Angeles Business Journal, The
Business Times of Singapore, the Taipei
Times, and Daily Variety, as well as

Born on Manhattan
Island, New York City, Mr. Skislock earned a BS
degree in Economics from
Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania
and an MBA degree from
The University of Chicago. In addition to his
native English, Mr. Skislock has a working knowledge
of Arabic (MSA), French, Japanese (hyojungo),
and Vietnamese. He remains an active competitor in
senior (50-and-over) track and field. |
